“In a world where so many are hungry, may we eat this food with humble hearts. In a world where so many are lonely, may we share this friendship with joyful hearts. Amen.” ~Mary Fairchild
As many of us enter a time of celebration and reconnection with friends and family, during the holidays let us remember there are those who will not. Let us remember those who grieve empty places at the dinner table.
And let us give thanks for that which is good, rather than rage against that which is not.
Because peace is what we truly desire, deep in our hearts, so let us be a beacon of it, each of us, potentially lighting the way for those who still rage.
Happiest of holidays and a joyous New Year to all of you who faithfully read my blogs each week. I will return January 2nd with your first Monday Morning Message of 2023.
Thank you for giving my words a voice in your hearts and minds.
I am humbled to know they make a difference.
With love,
Cynthia
