“The energy of the mind is the essence of life.” ~Aristotle

I’m going to be a bit blunt and to the point this morning.

Stop whining.

Yes, it’s been a hard couple of years.

Yes, things have changed, and not all for the better, and it sucks sometimes to be you.

Get over it.

Stop whining and start moving.

Stop complaining about the way it is, or used to be, and move toward the way you want it to be, the way you want your life to be.

The energy of complaining pulls forth from the quantum field more about which to complain.

The energy of gratitude—the antithesis (read: antidote)—attracts into your life more about which you might feel grateful.

It’s the way it works, folks, and it’s all in your head, and the stories you write there and the energy they emit.

The pandemic didn’t steal your life, just the stories you told yourself about your life.

A friend told me something a couple of days ago I had never heard before:

“There are three types of people,” he said. “Those that are moveable, those who are unmovable, and those who are moving.”

Be in the last group.

Write a new story.

One you won’t whine about.

Because you won’t want to.

“You don’t make progress by standing on the sidelines, whimpering and complaining. You make progress by implementing ideas.” ~Shirley Chisholm
